The Mission of the Residence Hall Association(RHA) is to unify the Residence Halls by serving as a voice of students to improve on-campus life. RHA is a programming and policy-making body; that also provides student feedback used by the Residence Life Office. If you live on campus and want your voice heard come get involved!

Halloween Hall Decoration Contest

Rules

  1. Do not cover/block any entrances
  2. Do not cover/interfere with any fire safety equipment or any walkways
  3. Do not cover any light fixtures or the light emitted (including emergency and exit signs)
  4. Fog/Smoke machines are not allowed
  5. Keep everything PG-13 (little kids will be walking these halls)
  6. Houses can start decorating October 30th after 12 noon. All decorating must be completed by 5PM on October 31st.
  7. All decorations must be taken down by noon on November 1st.
  8. All SA's wishing to have their house judged must e-mail RHA by noon on October 28th.
Noncompliance with these rules may result in disqualification.

Judging Criteria

A prize will be awarded to the winning house!!!
Winners will be announced no later than Friday, November 6th at http://rha.truman.edu

Safe Trick or Treat

Trick or Treat will take place from 6 to 8pm in the Residence Halls. All participating rooms will be marked by a door decoration. There will be activities for children in Ryle, Missouri, and Centennial Halls from 5:30-6:30pm. Information will be availible near the main enterance of each hall.
