            NCC- MACUR is coming up and deadline is coming up, ? on date.

NRHH- Nick-president, recognize the top 1% of campus, wants to be a resource, first meeting this Sunday in Violette at 4:30p.m.

Advisors- Introducing John Mounsey, position assistant director, official title too    long for words, Emily hall director of B&B, got married had two kids, I do      like the little boy, also assistant Coordinator. Need to know who to talk to   about anything then talk to them.

            Homecoming- homecoming is coming October 22-27, part of                                 team 6^th with other Greek organizations, needs lots of participation, lip                                    synch contest, need to start planning next week, all the people in the                          residence halls can participate under RHA’s name, Max doesn’t listen                          well, homecoming royalty, nominations are needed, Max and Kati and a                                towel? Theme is Reality TV show. Preordering homecoming apparel,                                 easy way to get points, 40% of the team is all that is needed to get 50 points,              black polo shirts - $20 (pre-order only), short sleeve t-shirt (black or purple) - $5,    grey long sleeve t-shirt - $10, purple crew sweatshirt - $15, grey hooded      sweatshirt - $20. All sizes the same price except for XXL and XXXL which are           $2 more

 

Committee Meetings

 

            Fundraising - care packages bathroom cleaning

            Programming - working on Halloween program, trick or treat through hall, game   night too, maybe, later on Holiday bash, all hall ball next semester

            Fellowship/Public Relations-best group…

Hall Reports:

            Grim & Apts- Trying to get fundraisers together, getting a lot of stuff together,       Grim Awareness week in October, try to have a lot of stuff going on.

            Ryle- Had Exec meeting, plans being finalized, first meeting at Monday at   7:00p.m.

            Chall-Had an informational meeting and then having elections next week.   Tuesday Phil Raine SA cool little brother.

            DOB-Having elections next Tuesday at 9:00-30p.m., applied for FAC funding a      year ahead of time, money for squirrel fest

            WCS-celebrating and pepping football game, meeting Mondays at 9:30, working    on a ping pong table, party, ect. Just the beginning for WCS. Celebrated for    being “on the ball”. Elections already held.

            MO-holding elections, official hall senate by next Wednesday, activities as well       going on. Long live the Moose?       

 

Budget Approvals:

Old Business: Last year, life size games perhaps? Depending on the weather.

 

New Business: Emily Cudoo. Student representative of Board of Governors. Decide policies, able to be sued, sounds like they control everything, knocker down of dorms, for more parking space, board meeting next Saturday, touring halls afterwards. Has a awesome parking pass…

 

 

Announcements/Awards: Office hours this year. In Ryle Hall 175, main entrance on the right, in the process of interviewing the conduct board, sit on a board of five people, listen and judge on violations of hall residents. Applications on the reslife website. Grim awareness week after or before Halloween. Having a program in Ryle, known as Club Ryle Friday September 7^th, we have lights for our football game…Holy Crap. That is amazing…See Kyle for lip synch and apparel.
