Officer Reports
President(Susie Pope): had regional chat and pres council meeting. Been talking to other schools about
our ResLife stipend
Vice President (Regina Rodgers): programming meeting Tuesday at 4:30
Secretary(Kim Slattery): no report; not in attendance
Treasurer (Chris Walters): diploma display labels, care coming in, budget approval to me a week before
NCC (Kim Heitzman):made binder of MACURH programs that delegates went to
Webmaster (Katherine Tynan): Minutes archive is up on the website. Photos are coming soon
Advisors (John Gardner and Emily Haupt): intention over two thousand responses, results are back on
dining survey not yet replied about 600, looking about blender resolution
NRHH (Craig Deken): have shirts being created for themselves, working on leadership retreat, OTM’s
remember month specific, bake sale Friday and Saturday after 1030
Student Senate: (Kim Slattery) no report
Facilities: (Kendall Smith) quick, went over renovations, finishing up tasks over break, basic upkeep
Liter of the Week is Brad Bartlett.
Hall Reports
Blanton-Nason-Brewer Hall:Chris found the report, did not get recycle bins, fast food run December 7
from 8 to midnight; T-shirts still going, plans for next semester
Centennial Hall:put candy canes on doors saying happy holidays and decorate hall, reading day have
cotton candy machine
Grim Hall and the Apartments: - busy! Doing great, new doors on third floor and thanksgiving dinner
on Tuesday, penny wars third floor won
Missouri Hall:no report
Ryle Hall:planning ceremony for Ryle cup challenge, two north won
West Campus Suites:silent auction going on, in process of planning dodge ball tourney for finals
week, and YouTube contest
Old Business
- Budget approval - Ryan wants to be reimbursed $45.96 was a motion and second
Discussion- Chris- no money set aside, and we would have to reimburse everyone
Kim- repeat this project
Sharron- repeat and maybe next treasurer set aside money for off-set
Chris- stress we don’t have money for this
Katherine- did we do a budget approval for costumes, and yes we did.
Jared- should we to keep numbers going that we remembers to encourage people to going
Kim- lots of people would have to be reimbursed
Matt- question- was there money set aside last year for costumes, no it was a budget approval.
Jimmy- maybe having funds as an add on fee to combat the price of spirit items.
Chris call to question-
Division was called- budget approval fails
- Motion to remove from table and second.
Discussion- Susie- explanation- Adding finances section- no dues, how we pass budget approvals, dissolution of funds
and strike Truman State from name, Correction with size of letter of intent and a grammatical error later in that section.
Ryan- what will final name be of organization be RHA
Regina- good to have
Brad- call to question- motion passes
New Business
- Sharon- allowing Sharon voting rights, fits requirements- set by members at large section, move to vote on whether
she can vote, motion passed and tabled

Explanation of position- Kim explained NCC, Chris explained treasurer, and Susie the secretary position

Nominations open for secretary- Tiffany Mooney, Brooke on behalf excepts
Nominations for treasurer- elect- Chris Zempel and accepts
Ryan is nominated and accepts

Programming: All hall ball now called bulldog bash, April 20-25 luau theme; MDT reading day at 2:00pm vh1320;
Activities for ResLife week; Prep for flag project; Monday and Tuesday- thankful program write things on feathers
and put it on there
