Old Business
- MACURH Regional Board Endorsements for Regina Rodgers, Kim Heitzman, and Sharon Robbins:
- asking for support in bidding for respective positions; would like list of expectations for them if
RHA chooses to endorse (like coming to meetings, sitting on exec board) for them to put on bids; if they do
not fulfill RHA’s expectations, they probably would not get support for another position if they chose to bid
again; if RHA chooses to remove support mid-term, not sure what the ramifications would be; terms from
swearing in at NACURH and lasts for a year; expectations: increasing communication between PCCs (for Sharon),
growth in region, increase involvement (chats and pre-retreats) (for Regina), get information out faster and
more communication about affiliation (for Kim); copy of bids requested to be brought to RHA by Jimmy French;
official recommendation would be preferred before No Frills registration; need letter of support; anyone can
write letter of support (from exec board, from president, from whole body)
